Polonia Orlen Trophy*
*1.* The place of competition in the vicinty of Jasła and Krosna. The
meeting of participants - Cracow.
*2.* Plan of the event:
*10 September Friday:*
9:00 - 18:00 - drive to the place of the meeting in Cracow
*11 September Saturday:*
7:00 - The cars clearence, technical examination
8:00 - start to the parallel prologue (two cars a race)
19:00 - finish of the prologue
*12 - 14 September (Sunday - Tuesday), sections 1 - 3*
7:00 start to the section
19:00 section finish
*15 September Wednesday - technical day,*
10:00 The classes in team building, efficiency tests
*16 - 18 September (Thursday - Friday) section 4,5*
7:00 start to the section
19:00 section finish
*19 September Saturday*
7:00 start to the sixth section
16:00 sixth section finish
17:00 accommodation in hotel
20:00 results announcement, banquet
*3.* The shortened regulations:
*a)* About winnings will decide the total best obtained time in all
sections. The time obtained in the proloque will include in the total
time of the race and will decide about start position to the first
section. The results obtained after every day will publish official and
will decide about start position in the next day.
*b)* The statutory penalties will give in minutes for the following
offences:
- lack of confirmation control points in road card
- abandonment of marked route
- lack of protective helmet, no fasten seat belts.
Competitors, who will create a danger to themselves and to others as
well as persons under the influence of alcohol will disqualify in the
same day.
*c)* In the race can take part cars with safety arch or hard roof,
equipped with winch and seat belts about permissible total mass up to
3500 kg. The crew consist of driver and navigator.
*d)* The Trophy route is described with the help of roadbook and
appointed tapes, without special GPS coordinates. Participants of the
rally can use GPS system. The maximum time for drive of the special
section is 12 hours. After dark sections will be close for the sake of
safety. Descriptions in roadbooks will be in Polish, English and German,
additional in the base will be accessible interpreters.
*4.* Accommodation, catering.
Organisers assure professional catering in the form of breakfast, packed
lunch for the road and dinner (swedish table) for every participants and
escort. The accommodation of the participants and escorts in own tents,
caravans or camping cars. On the spot will assure the access to the
toilets and water.
*5.* Service: in Trophy's base will be put Land Rover and Jeep company
service, winchs (Warn, Ramsey), tyres service, car wash as well as shop
with basic off-road equipment. The participants of the rally can service
their cars on the route, provided no blocking way other competitors. The
cars, which will immobilize during the rally, will tow away by
organisers after the finishing Trophy.
*6.* The entrance fee 600 EUR for one car (driver and navigator), 200
EUR escort. The price of the entrance fee includes: admission for
banquet and one night in hotel after finishing Trophy.
